![]() ![]() As a former property manager I can say that they have been amazing and wish every property would be as fortunate to have them watching out for you. Big shout out to my man Mike the security gautd and also to Travis, we miss you man but hope you are well. I can say that as a "guest" I understand this and also see the effort the company and fellow long term tenants try and make this place. There will always be unfavorable incidents/tenants (guests) that you as a fellow resident or company is going to have to deal with. It doesn't matter where you live/or decided to have extended stays. I have have definitely stayed ( managed and lived) in more distressed properties. If you factor in: length of stay, amenities (includes pool when open to public again.Dammed you CODVID,) on-site security (up to 24 hours a day,) efficient W/D facilities (2 located on property which are also pretty affordable,) Maintained lawn with multiple pet stations available for those pet lovers,) 7 day a week reliable maintenance staff you can trust and feel comfortable inside your living quarters, and very patient office staff I feel like it's more of a win given the type of "housing/weekly stay" suites. The pricing can be a little steep for some but. First, I would like to say that while you are a "guest" here (for however long that means) you get what you pay for. I have been a tenant (guest lol) here for at least six months.
